Rob Schneider’s wife, Patricia Azarcoya Schneider, has filed for divorce after nearly 16 years of marriage.
According to a filing obtained by USA Today, Patricia filed on Dec. 8, 2025, in Arizona’s Maricopa County Superior Court. Documents describe their union as “irretrievably broken and there is no possibility of reconciliation.”
The couple, who married on Jan. 27, 2010, in Los Angeles, share two daughters: 13-year-old Miranda Scarlett Schneider and 9-year-old Madeline Robbie Schneider, both of whom appeared in Rob’s 2022 film “Daddy Daughter Trip,” which Patricia co-wrote.
Patricia, 37, requested on Jan. 13 that the couple’s consent decree and related documents remain confidential, with Rob, 62, accepting the divorce request four days after the initial filing, and both agreed to take part in a mandatory parenting course.
The “Deuce Bigalow: Male Gigolo” star was previously married to London King from 1988 to 1990 and Helena Schneider from 2002 to 2005, and is also father to singer Elle King, 36, with whom he has had a publicly strained relationship in recent years.
Rob had credited Patricia with keeping his career going in a 2022 Instagram birthday post, writing, “The only reason I’m still doing what I do is because of this lovely woman.”
The couple’s last public appearance was at the New York premiere of “Happy Gilmore 2″ in July.
The divorce filing comes over a year after King publicly criticized him on “The Dumb Blonde” podcast in August 2024, saying “I don’t want to be associated with him” and disagreeing with many of his statements. Rob later responded by asking his daughter for forgiveness for his “shortcomings.”
