Turkish Authorities Arrest 11 Celebrities Including Survivor Winner in Drug Probe

In Turkey, the Anatolian region’s General Prosecutor’s Office detained 11 celebrities as part of an investigation into illegal drug trafficking, including Nisa Biyolukbashi, a contestant on the Survivor show (Last Hero).

According to law enforcement, the investigation concerns charges of illegal drug trafficking. During searches conducted in Muğla Province, authorities seized cannabis, firearms, and ammunition.

Currently, 11 people are in custody, including: Hasan Jan Kaya (comedian and host), Yusuf Aktas (singer, known as Reynmen), Emirhan Cakal (rapper), bloggers Berkcan Güven, Burak Güngör, and others.

Because some of the suspects were outside Turkey at the time of the operation, the prosecutor issued warrants for their compulsory appearance.

The most talked-about name and other defendants

The name that drew the most attention was Nisa Biyolukbashi – the winner of Survivor: All Stars.

Besides her, the list of people for whom warrants were issued includes: Enes Batur (one of Turkey’s most influential bloggers), Barış Murat Yağcı (actor and model), Ecenaz Yücer, Çağrı Taner, and Yaren Alaka.
