  1. Yea, Walmart doesn't care, they want slave labour for as little money as possible while profiting off everyone, they don't care about people, and I have personal experience with Walmart

  2. I'm shocked that they told him to take down the gofundme….I understand the video but what do they have to benefit with forcing him to take down the gofundme? 😮

  3. Yeah that's nice and all but don't be taking pictures of random people she could of been tired or anything else I wouldn't be surprised if she took the money for some easy quick cash my point is stop filming randoms but still good job jor helping her retire

  4. Oh Boomers… you saved literally nothing throughout your working years and now need young people to bail you out through social security and medicare. Kinda her fault highkey. I'm 25 and save 50% of my income and still may not retire lmao

  5. They could’ve taken the good publicity route and publicly acknowledge that you have an 82yo woman working in your stores and offer to match the go fund me to help her retire, as $100k is NOTHING to Walmart, these corporations are EVIL and don’t care about their employees or customers in the slightest, my best advice to anyone reading this is refuse employment from Walmart, and only shop there if you’re going to steal, I don’t advocate stealing but Walmart is the one exception, fuck everything about them walk out with $400 worth of groceries as a form of civil protest FUCK WALMART

  6. Greatest country am i right? Which country has seniors working to survive and still claim they are the greatest country in the world

  7. I'm not exactly comfortable, with people recording other people like that in public but when it's done with good intentions, even when sometimes it can come with bad results, I do still want to believe in the Good Outcome that happens and I'm glad to see this is the case for this one. It's nice to see when these things happen, to people. Especially if it isn't fake and it goes to the people in need.

  8. Threaten a young kid about a Walmart job? That’s the least threatening thing you can do lmaoo. There’s countless opportunities for him out in the world. For his coworker, different circumstance. Good on him

  9. Typical reaction from Walmart!
Preying on the elderly. Walmart didn’t want her to retire so they can continue to work her like a slave! Good for him for standing his ground! I hope she can retire in peace!

  10. Honestly I have a hard time believing the last part where Walmart told him to take the stuff down.

It could have also been at the woman's request given the fact the video and GoFundMe were posted without her knowledge or consent.

I understand wanting to do a good thing, but you don't know people's lives or situations.

Some elderly people choose to keep working, not just because of money, but it makes them feel like they have a purpose and they like their independence.
