Prince Harry has reportedly taken a backseat and is focused on parenting. Meanwhile, his wife, Meghan Markle, has allegedly been enjoying her moment in the spotlight. As reported by RadarOnline, a source told them that the life of the Duke of Sussex in California is full of “mixed emotions.” The source claimed, “Harry barely leaves the house now and cleans, tidies, and looks after his and Meghan’s children.” The source also said that his life “definitely” centers around “childcare and routine rather than public duty.”
In the meantime, another insider went on to talk to the news outlet about the alleged striking difference between Prince Harry’s former and current lifestyles. The person explained, “When Harry was a working royal, his life was dictated by timetables, security protocols, and constant oversight.” The insider continued that he had his ever moment “planned, and once he returned to palace grounds, his freedom effectively ended.”
Meanwhile, the source explained, “Discipline, hierarchy, and a clear sense of duty are fundamental to who he (Prince Harry) is.” The source also added, “And those elements are largely absent from his day-to-day life in Montecito.”
Another source claimed, “Despite years in California, Harry remains uncomfortable with the performative nature of Hollywood life.” The person continued, “Meghan, by contrast, is far more at ease operating in that world.” The insider further explained that Meghan Markle is “comfortable taking the lead in public and professional settings.” The insider continued that Prince Harry “by contrast, seems far more content operating out of the spotlight.”
Prince Harry has been “devoting his energy to family life and the day-to-day rhythms of home,” added the insider.
