No matter how busy their lives became, these Filipino couples made it a point to celebrate each other. Through thoughtful surprises, meaningful gifts, and the most beautiful bouquets, they ensured that Valentine’s Day was a truly unforgettable celebration of love and romance.

Shaira Diaz and EA Guzman

Shaira Diaz surely had an unforgettable Valentine’s Day as she was gifted by her husband, EA Guzman tickets to BTS’ concert. 

“Alam ko how much you love BTS and JungKook, so this one’s for you,” he wrote. “Happy Valentine’s Day Asawa. I just want to see you smile your biggest smile.”

“Ilysm!!! Thank you! spoiled wifey,” Diaz wrote in the comments section. Tickets for BTS’ concert are available for South Korea, London, Tokyo, and US cities stops.

The two got married in August 2025 after being together for 12 years.

Andi Eigemann and Philmar Alipayo

Surf coach Philmar Alipayo continued his tradition of making his own bouquet freshly picked from his garden to give to his wife, Andi, on Valentine’s Day.

“Nothing beats this for me,” the former actress wrote in her Instagram story.

Philmar also posted a photo of them together with the caption, “Happy [hearts] day mahal ko [Andi Eigenmann].”

Mavy Legaspi and Ashley Ortega

Pinoy Big Brother: Celebrity Collab host Mavy Legaspi made sure his girlfriend, Ashley Ortega, felt loved with a heart-shaped bouquet of roses.

Ortega confirmed they’re in a relationship in February 2025 after sparking dating rumors when they were spotted being cozy in Cebu during the Sinulog Festival.

Billy Crawford and Coleen Garcia

Even from miles away, Billy Crawford made sure to show his love for his wife, Coleen, with a sweet Valentine’s surprise.

“He knows I don’t care much for [Valentine’s Day] yet he still consistently showers me with hearts every year—right now, from all the way in [France],” Coleen wrote in her Instagram story.

Billy has been pursuing his music career in France. He served as one of the coaches on The Voice Generations in 2023 and The Voice Kids Philippines in 2025.

Billy and Coleen tied the knot in Balesin Island in 2018. They welcomed Amari in 2020 and their second son, Austin, in 2025.

Gabbi Garcia and Khalil Ramos

Gabbi Garcia couldn’t help but swoon once again as her longtime boyfriend, Khalil Ramos, surprised her with a heartfelt gesture. On Instagram, she shared a photo of the couple posing next to a towering bouquet of sunflowers.

Gabbi and Khalil have been together since 2017.

Joyce Pring and Juancho Triviño

Longtime couple Joyce Pring and Juancho Triviño celebrated Valentine’s Day by reminiscing about how they’ve spent the romantic occasion together since 2019, from their early years as a couple to their married life with three kids.

The two exchanged wedding vows in February 2020. They welcomed their first son Alonso Eliam Pring-Triviño in July 2021, and the two gushed about being the “happiest and proudest” parents.

They later welcomed their daughter, whom they named Agnes Eleanor Pring Triviño, or Aggie for short, in April 2023. They announced that they’re expecting their third child in December 2025.

Robi Domingo and Maiqui Pineda

Robi Domingo shared throwback photos of himself and his wife, Maiqui, during their vacation in New York.

“Looking back at these sweet memories in New York, I can’t help but smile at how far we’ve come. Back then, it was just us, hand in hand, exploring, laughing, and praying for the future. Now, we’re counting down the days to meet the little miracle we’ve been praying for,” he wrote.

“Happy Valentine’s Day. Here’s to the memories we’ve made, the life we’re building, and the tiny heartbeat that’s about to make our world even more beautiful,” he added.

Robi and Maiqui got married in January 2023. They were college batchmates at the Ateneo de Manila University. They confirmed their romance in 2018 and announced their engagement four years later. 

In Sept. 30, 2024, Robi expressed his wishes to have a baby with Maiqui, who was battling an autoimmune disease.

In December 2024, Maiqui announced that she’s in clinical remission, which means that the signs and symptoms of her autoimmune disease are now barely detectable. She had a rare disease called dermatomyositis, which causes muscle weakness, inflammation, and skin rash.

 They announced that they are expecting their first child last January.
