Brooklyn Beckham’s friendship with the Duke and Duchess of Sussex appears to have continued to flourish this past year, as the 26-year-old publicly reposted Meghan’s recent Instagram post. Utilizing the relatively new Instagram option, Brooklyn reposted Meghan’s picture of her husband Prince Harry with their daughter LIlibet, as seen by HELLO!
It was live on his feed for an hour before Brooklyn, the son of David and Victoria Beckham, decided to remove it; it was perhaps a mistaken repost as many users have found the new option difficult to navigate, but a source tells HELLO! that the two couples have enjoyed spending time together in the past.

In the beautiful family photo, taken at sunset, Harry was seen looking lovingly at his daughter who was bundled up in his arms. Lilibet was holding a large bunch of red balloons as she wore a pink dress and a pair of tights.
In the caption, Meghan wrote: “These two + Archie = my forever Valentines,” although Prince Archie was not seen in the photo. Meghan also shared the photo to her Instagram Stories, adding a heart to the post.

Prince Harry and Meghan welcomed Brookyln and his wife Nicola into their home in Montecito, California in early 2025, with the pair part of a group dinner. Although they were not directly invited by the royal couple, a source tells HELLO! that the two couples have enjoyed spending time together in the past.
Both Meghan and Nicola are actresses who married into famous families, and both Harry and Brooklyn have made the decision to distance themselves from their parents.

In May 2025, the Prince told the BBC that his father, King Charles “won’t speak” to him, adding: “I would love reconciliation with my family. There’s no point in continuing to fight anymore.”
His comments came two years after the release of his 202 tell-all memoir, and a Netflix documentary about leaving the royal family.

“There have been so many disagreements, differences between me and some of my family. This current situation that has now been ongoing for five years in regard to human life and safety is the sticking point. It is the only thing that’s left,” said Harry, referring to his ongoing concerns regarding security for his family in the UK.
As of early 2026, the court has ruled the decision to strip him of automatic, taxpayer-funded security when visiting the UK is reasonable.
Brooklyn has accused his parents of forcing a divide between him and Nicola
Brooklyn has also made bombshell allegations against his family. In a six-page social media post on January 19 2026, he claimed that his parents, David and Victoria, had tried to “ruin” his relationship with his wife Nicola, and that Victoria had “hijacked” his first dance with his bride.
Brooklyn declared that he does “not want to reconcile” with his family and instead wants “peace, privacy and happiness”.
“I have been controlled by my parents for most of my life. I grew up with overwhelming anxiety. For the first time in my life, since stepping away from my family, that anxiety has disappeared. I wake up every morning grateful for the life I chose, and have found peace and relief,” he said.
