“Fallout” and “The White Lotus” star Walton Goggins has been set to lead the action-comedy “Mister” from Bright White Light and Thunder Road (“John Wick”).

The story follows a man (Goggins) who wakes up in a strange house covered in blood and comes to realise his true identity while fighting off contract killers from his past – including everyone from his exes to his best friend.

To get out, he teams up with his estranged daughter (Moretz), who also has ended up in the family business, but they will need to repair their relationship in order to survive.

Chloë Grace Moretz (“Tom & Jerry,” “Oh. What. Fun.”) will co-star. Goggins replaces Josh Brolin, who had previously been set to star but had to bow out due to unexpected scheduling issues. Filming gets underway next month in Madrid.

The film will serve as the directorial debut of second unit and action director Wade Eastwood (“Mission: Impossible – Fallout”) and will be filmed before Goggins gets to work on the third season of “Fallout” later this year.

Goggins, Nicki Cortese, Wayne Marc Godfrey, Basil Iwanyk and Erica Lee produce for Thunder Road alongside Goggins. Cortese and Nick Inglis penned the film. Henry Braham (“Superman”) will serve as director of photography.
