    Rachel Lindsay’s divorce from Bryan Abasolo was a thorn in her side. In fact, the Bachelor Nation star feels “free” now that she’s made her final spousal support payment to her ex-husband. “I felt powerless that I didn’t have a prenup,” Rachel shared on the Feb. 11 episode of the ‘Pop Syllabus’ podcast. “He took so much from me.” She continued, “He was ruthless about it, there was no compromising.” Rachel, 40, and Bryan, 45, finalized their divorce in January 2025, one year after he filed for legal separation. As part of the settlement, Rachel agreed to pay her ex a $500,000 lump sum in alimony. “I felt powerful that I was able to do it in a year,” said Rachel, who married Bryan in 2019 after meeting on the 13th season of The Bachelorette. ”Like, ‘I paid you off, I’m still here, I’m still surviving.'” Looking back, the former attorney said she rushed into marriage because she felt “societal pressures” to settle down. As she put it, “I wanted a prenup. I talked to him about a prenup. He did not want it.” E! News has reached out to Bryan for comment but hasn’t heard back.       Next time sign a prenup. He was a loser from the start. He is so called chiropractor that does not work. He moved to LA to model and act and then found her. He does not work now your stuck 10,000.00 a month in alimony payment.

      As much as I liked them together, I feel like this isn't over. I really see him swinging back around for more the moment she level's up or his new start doesn't go as planned.

      Their relationship always seemed and looked fake to me. I'm surprised they kept up the facade as long as they did. She used being on the Bachelorette to launch her media career and he used her to move to Hollywood. They are both clout chasers.

      Rachel was an attorney, she should have known the a prenup protects the money and assets you had before you get married and prior to getting married, both man and woman has to get a lawyer and admit to everything they own.

      Money and assets made during marriage is split during a divorce. If she made $1 million dollars during their marriage, then he could get $500,000 when they'd divorced.

      They have been married from 2019 to 2025. She made more money than he did during the marriage.

      A prenup protects what you had before marriage and not what you make during marriage.

      Why do you think Will doesn't want to divorce Jada?

      Rachel can't blame anybody but herself. She is a lawyer and should have had an ironclad prenuptial agreement. Even Ray Charles could see this clown was setting her up.
