Kid Rock and Health and Human Services Secretary Robert F. Kennedy Jr. went shirtless for a new workout video, which many are calling “weird” and “creepy.”

“I’ve teamed up with @kidrock to deliver two simple messages to the American people: GET ACTIVE + EAT REAL FOOD,” RFK, 72, captioned the montage video, which was shared via Instagram on Tuesday, February 17.

The clip was set to the singer’s 1998’s song, “Bawitdaba,” and featured images of bears, sharks and soaring eagles, along with lightning bolts and flaming explosions.

Kennedy and Kid Rock, 55, are seen lifting weights, playing pickleball, doing push ups in a sauna, drinking whole milk, and dunking in a cold plunge while wearing jeans.

The comments on the video did not disappoint, and one wrote to Kennedy, “I really hope that you were forced to do this collab.”

“We need to get younger people in office bro,” another wrote.

Others simply pointed out that Kennedy wearing jeans throughout the workout is “diabolical.”

The video was shared just days after the HHS Secretary admitted he used to “snort cocaine off of toilet seats.”

“I’m not scared of a germ,” he told Theo Von during the February 12 episode of his This Past Weekend podcast. “If I don’t, if I don’t treat it, which means for me going to meetings every day. It’s just bad for my life,” he added about his addiction.
