Keeping up with Kris Jenner and Kim Kardashian’s lawsuit against Ray J.
The matriarch filed a new declaration blasting her daughter’s ex for “publicly terroriz[ing]” Kardashian “over the past two decades … by continually talking and lying about her in the press to try to keep himself relevant,” TMZ reported Monday.
Jenner, 70, railed against the singer’s latest “outrageous and untrue” allegations — which he made in a September 2025 X livestream — about federal agents investigating the mother-daughter duo “for doing something worse than Sean ‘Diddy’ Combs.”

The songwriter also alleged five months prior in the “TMZ Presents: United States v. Sean Combs: Inside the Diddy Trial” documentary that “racketeering charges against the Kardashians would be appropriate.”
Labeling these claims “outrageous lies,” Jenner pointed out the “wave of attention” Ray J’s comments have brought, as well as the “significant emotional distress” they’ve caused the Skims creator.
“My family is of the utmost importance to me,” Jenner wrote in her emotional declaration. “It is deeply painful to watch my daughter experience the stress brought upon her by [Ray J], and her feelings of hopelessness and [that] his harassment will never end.”

She continued, “I took this step because I could no longer bear [Ray J’s] campaign of harassment against my daughter and my family or to watch my daughter cry again over the lies he’s painted about us.”
Jenner noted that she has never sued anybody for defamation in her decades-long career but found Ray J’s statements too “inexcusable and deeply painful” to overlook.
In addition to the effect on Kardashian, 45, Jenner wrote that she is “deeply angered, insulted and shaken by the accusations” herself as they could hurt her business.

Ray J’s rep did not immediately respond to Page Six’s request for comment.
The Grammy nominee, 45, dated Kardashian on and off between 2003 to 2006 — and their infamous sex tape was leaked the year after their breakup.
Ray J sued Kardashian and Jenner in November 2025, claiming they were the ones to release the tape — an allegation he first made headlines for in 2022.

His lawsuit, which the “Kardashians” stars dubbed a “disjointed rambling distraction” came on the heels of Kardashian and Jenner suing Ray J over his racketeering claims in October 2025.
Kardashian filed her own declaration last week, per TMZ, and expressed “fear” and “worry” that Ray J’s allegations could put her aspirations to become a lawyer “in jeopardy.”
She also opened up about having “tough conversations” with her and ex-husband Kanye West‘s four kids — North, 12, Saint, 10, Chicago, 8, and Psalm, 6 — over the “One Wish” crooner’s “repeated … lies.”
