Jordana Brewster showcased her toned body in a tiny bikini in her new sunset photos from vacation.

She donned a black and white bikini in her carousel post online, as she confidently posed poolside in a yoga stance, as the sun slowly set above the ocean in her backdrop.

Fans cheered her on in the comments. One person wrote: “Slide one is absolutely stunning!!! And by the way, what a body!!!” A second follower added: “So beautiful. The sunset is nice too.” Another fan continued: “You are trillions of times more beautiful than the sunset.”

Her workouts

Jordana works out consistently and it looks like the hard work paid off. She often shares her workouts online which include strength-training, cardio and Pilates. The early bird gets the worm as they say, and Jordana sets her alarm before the sun rises.

She expressed: “Well, I get up at 5 a.m. every morning to work out because I love working out while [my kids are] asleep, so I can get it done. But every once in a while, they wake up super early and then they do join in. I think it’s actually really important for boys to get all their energy out before they go to school. And even when they’re done with school, they still need to get their wiggles out,” per The Healthy.

How aging affects her workouts

Jordana also emphasized that she focuses heavily on building her muscles which get weaker with aging.

The actress added: “As I get older—I’m [45]—I’m super into balance. I like working the muscles that are going to make me stronger and make me feel stronger, and I want to be able to run every single day. So I incorporate Pilates and strength training and lots of stretching.”

Jordana believes that getting a workout in before the day starts is “the only way to do it.”

The Elsbeth actress also revealed to New Beauty: “I love running; I wake up and run on the treadmill for about 30 minutes every day. I also love Pilates, which I practice three times a week, and I strength-train twice a week.”

Her wellness routine 

On top of maintaining a balanced diet, she added: “A big part of a healthy diet for me is vitamins and supplements. I swear by creatine and probiotics in the morning, and magnesium at night.”

Jordana not only believes in working hard, but resting hard and she argues that “self care to [her] is eight hours of sleep.”
