Remembering Robert Carradine: On Set of His ‘Revenge of the Nerds’ Days
Robert Carradine, known for his decades-long career in Hollywood as part of an acting dynasty, is dead at the age of 71. Carradine’s family confirmed the news of his death on Monday, revealing he died by suicide after a 20-year battle with bipolar disorder. His family and co-workers, including TV daughter Hilary Duff from ‘Lizzie McGuire,’ now paying tribute online, as ET opens the vault for never-before-seen interviews with the star from the set of the ‘Revenge of the Nerds’ films.

I remember him from a great performance in Disney tv movie from 1987 called The liberators. Also his role in Heartaches from the early 80s. Very sad news.
