Prince Harry and Meghan Markle are currently in Jordan for a two-day humanitarian visit that began today, Wednesday, February 25, 2026.

Working alongside the Director-General of the World Health Organization (WHO), Dr. Tedros Adhanom Ghebreyesus, the Duke and Duchess of Sussex are focusing on global health, mental health support, and the humanitarian crisis in the Middle East.

The couple is visiting initiatives they have personally funded through the Archewell Foundation, which facilitate the medical evacuation of children from Gaza to Jordan for life-saving treatment.

The Sussexes’ office stated that they chose to visit now because they believe international attention on the health and food security crisis in the region risks waning. This visit is their first major international trip of 2026, following their previous humanitarian tours to Nigeria and Colombia in 2024.
