Idk. If it's music that the artist is planning to release on a set date, that's one thing and leaking is bad. But Music from years ago (like Prison for Life by Olivia Rodrigo for example) that seemingly the artist never planned to release I am perfectly fine with those being leaked cus I wanna hear it and like, why is the artist not releasing it??
Note to artists: Release your music for the fans to hear so ppl don't have to leak it.
I never understood why it mattered. Songs coming out in the future, like an album thats about to come out? Yeah that sucks. But songs theyre never gonna release in the first place? Why does it matter if it gets leaked its not like theyre loosing money
