In case you missed it, Handler uploaded a naked video of herself with an important message on her Instagram. She shared the video with the caption reading, “Vasectomies! One snip, and that’s it!”
You can see the video HERE!
In the video, we see Handler in bed, covering her breasts with her hands as she tells people the realities of being a sexually active woman.
“As a woman with natural breasts, not that that has anything to do with this, it is time to explore vasectomies. Since the beginning of time, women have been ducking and diving and dodging pregnancy face-first or Pikachu-first. Frankly, they’re exhausted,” she said, adding how she’s tired of men saying “using a condom doesn’t feel so good” or asking their sexual partners to “take birth control.”
“Enough, you horny little pigs in blankets. Do you know how painful it is to get an IUD placed? It feels like a mouse trap in your uterus, and sometimes those things don’t even catch all the mice,” she added. “You think I want to be an adult woman with acne or have mood swings, or get a period that’s so heavy it feels like the Hoover Dam just broke? I don’t. Everybody already hates women enough. I don’t need my insides to join in on the fun.”
She ended by saying, “Women are tired of making concessions for men, especially in the bedroom. We have already been through enough letting you wear socks while you penetrate us. So man up, men, and if you can’t do that, enjoy the company of your hands. Vasectomies, one snip and that’s it.”

While Handler often makes serious points, either nude or playing with her breasts on video, this one has definitely struck a chord with many, especially with her discussing the truth of how painful IUDs are.
A survey from Stanford during the years of 2015 to 2019, at least 20 percent of U.S. teenage girls aged 15 to 19 use long-acting birth control methods like IUDs and implants.
And there’s been an increase in recent years, with Dr. Joyce Gottesfeld, an ob-gyn at Kaiser Permanente, telling Yahoo Life: “We’re seeing an increase in teens using IUDs. As women in their teens and 20s come in and learn about the different contraceptive options and they hear about the benefits of long-acting reversible contraceptive usage, they are opting more and more for IUDs.”
While they’re popular, they do have drawbacks that aren’t talked about enough, especially when it comes to the pain surrounding them. IUDs range from three years of usage to a decade, but no matter what model you use, they cause pain in the insertion, ranging from discomfort to severe cramping. And it’ll be even more painful if you have painful periods, pelvic pain, endometriosis, or have never delivered a baby vaginally, per Cedars Sinai.
Compared to how painful it is to the ease of a vasectomy, many celebrities are revealing the realities women face, and even what teen girls go through.
