Prince William and Prince Harry’s relationship has been described as “done” by a royal expert. The once-close brothers have been at loggerheads for a number of years, with tensions heightening since Harry’s decision to step down from royal life in 2020.
William and Harry are no longer on speaking terms and, according to reports, have not spoken to one another since the late Queen Elizabeth II’s funeral in 2022. The Daily Mirror’s royal editor Russell Myers, who just released his new book titled William and Catherine: An Intimate Inside Story, has exposed the truth on William’s relationship with his younger brother.
Speaking on the latest episode of HELLO’s A Right Royal Podcast, Mr Myers told the hosts: “Everything I’m told about that relationship is that it couldn’t be worse”, adding, “it’s done”.
Ending that segment on a positive note, he added: “Maybe there is a time in the future”.
Myers continued: “There is an awful lot going on. I mean, William and Catherine have got three young children. George is going to start secondary school.
“They are absolutely worried about the King’s future health, I mean he’s doing absolutely great now, is still having treatment, and Catherine’s just come out of her own treatment.”
He added that the Prince and Princess of Wales do have a lot to think about away from the royal feud, saying: “So when you’re looking at the checklist of things that are important to them, that’s way down the list.”
