Shia LaBeouf insisted that there is “nothing” to repair in his relationship with Mia Goth since their separation last year
The pair first began dating in 2012 and welcomed a daughter, Isabel, in 2022
“We’re trying to figure out co-parenting and we’re good,” LaBeouf said
Shia LaBeouf is making it clear that there’s no bad blood between him and Mia Goth.
While sitting down for an interview with Channel 5 with Andrew Calleghan, posted on YouTube on Saturday, Feb. 28, the Transformers star, 39, emphasized that there’s “nothing” to repair in his relationship with the Frankenstein actress, 32, since their separation last year.
“We’re good as is,” LaBeouf said. “We’re in a good spot. I mean, this isn’t new. It’s new for you guys but we’ve been there for a while.”
The two actors have been together on and off since 2012 and welcomed a daughter, Isabel, together in 2022.

“We’re trying to figure out co-parenting and we’re good,” he continued. “She’s a good girl. Even through all this, she gives me grace. I still talk to my kid twice a day. She’s a good woman, bro. Any other woman be like, ‘Yo, f— you, get outta here, I don’t wanna talk —.’ She don’t do that to me.”
On Nov. 2, 2024, police responded to a 911 call for a verbal altercation at the former couple’s home at around 11:12 p.m., during which the female caller could be heard repeating, “Just go,” according to Pasadena Police Department documents. The female later called back, stating that her husband was still inside and allegedly refusing to leave. The incident was later “cleared” because it was a verbal altercation.
More recently, LaBeouf was arrested and charged with a misdemeanor count of simple battery on Feb. 28, according to The Guardian, less than two weeks after he was arrested in New Orleans during a Mardi Gras celebration.
The actor surrendered himself to authorities on Saturday, prior to a bail hearing. He posted a bond of $5,000 and was released from police custody, per the outlet.

Despite his recent run-ins with the law, LeBeouf went on to tell Callaghan that he’s “on the phone with my kid twice a day, even when things are hanky.”
“She’s a good woman,” he added of Goth. “That’s a great woman.”
As for how the former couple has been approaching co-parenting, LeBeouf said that he and Goth “don’t talk about” arranging split custody because they’re already “good about that type of stuff.”
“She’s going to film in France,” he explained of the actress. “I got to film in April. So I got some time where I’m going to run out there and go be dad for a minute while mommy’s got to film.”
The Fury star added of their 3-year-old daughter, “She knows daddy’s a rolling stone. She knew that for a while. And she knows mommy’s a rolling stone too, in her way. She got cool parents, she’s gonna be a cool kid.”
