The “8 Simple Rules” star isn’t afraid to name names. While on Dax Shepard’s “Armchair Expert” podcast, Cuoco revealed the bad experience she had with none other than Rose McGowan.
Cuoco joined the cast of “Charmed” for its final season, and she now says some of the cast members were more excited to be working with her than others. She first met Alyssa Milano, Holly Marie Combs, and McGowan while shooting promo photos for the series. “I’m joining their family photo, and I’m 21, I’m the hottest I’ve ever been, by the way,” Cuoco recalled before telling “the loveliest story about Alyssa Milano.”

“I’m so freaking nervous,” she began. “It’s on their lunch break. They’re all in the corners eating. I walk in, Alyssa Milano sees me, and she got up, ran over to me, and welcomed me to the show, gave me the biggest hug in the world, so happy, so kind. I will never forget that.”
So one cast member was excited for Cuoco to join the cast. As for the others “Rose? Maybe not as happy,” the “Based on a True Story” actress admitted. “I still don’t know if she liked me. I don’t know. But Alyssa was amazing. I was terrified. It’s a weird thing coming into a show in year eight, and I only did the one season.”

Cuoco learned an important lesson from Milano’s treatment that she carried into her work on “The Big Bang Theory.” The CBS sitcom filmed for 12 years, and Cuoco said she was always acutely aware of how strange it must have been for new actors to join the show when the cast was already so familiar with each other.
