Pop star Ellie Goulding has announced the arrival of her “beautiful” baby girl with actor Beau Minniear.
The 39-year-old singer, known for hits such as “Burn” and “Love Me Like You Do”, had revealed in December 2025 that she was expecting her second child, by publicly displaying her pregnancy bump for the first time on the red carpet at the Fashion Awards in London.
Taking to Instagram, Goulding informed her 13.6 million followers that she gave birth to their daughter on 6 March.
“On Friday I gave birth to a beautiful healthy baby girl,” she shared, adding, “We are totally obsessed with her.”
The artist expressed gratitude for the medical team who cared for her and her daughter.
“It was fitting that I spent International Women’s Day with (my baby) and the incredible female team at St Mary’s, who provided me and my baby with extraordinary care and kindness,” she said.
“I will always be in awe of midwives.”

She concluded: “This addition to my family fills me with so much joy, especially as Arthur is so happy to become a big brother to this little angel.”
Goulding was previously married to art dealer Caspar Jopling in August 2019, and the pair welcomed son Arthur in 2021.
After nearly five years of marriage, the couple announced their split, and Goulding subsequently began dating Minniear.
A Brit Award-winner, Goulding boasts a string of popular songs including “Anything Could Happen” and “Miracle”.

She has achieved four chart-topping albums in the UK, from her debut “Lights” to her most recent release, “Higher Than Heaven”, in 2023.
Her latest single, “Destiny”, was released in November 2025, with details of an upcoming album yet to be announced.
Singer Paloma Faith also announced on Tuesday that she had welcomed a child – her third – on Friday.
The 44-year-old also made the announcement on Instagram, sharing a black-and-white photo of her thumb and finger gently holding her newborn son’s hand.
