Hilaria Baldwin has taken an unusually hands-on approach to selling the Hamptons residence she shares with husband Alec Baldwin — posting a promotional video to her social media in a fresh attempt to drum up interest in the sprawling Amagansett property that has struggled to find a buyer for years.
It’s a move that makes it seem the couple, at this point, is eager to get the home off their backs.
In the video, Baldwin reminisces about family life at the estate while explaining that the Baldwins are preparing to leave the area.
“You know how much we love the Hamptons. We’ve made the most amazing memories in our home,” Baldwin says in the clip, describing summers spent swimming, cooking and spending time together as a family.
“We spend the summers in our pool. We go down to the beach which is really close to where we are. The kids go to camp there … It is such an amazing, beautiful place,” she continues.
The yoga instructor and influencer also hinted that the move is tied to an upcoming life change for the couple and their seven children.
“And our family is gonna be off on an adventure that I cannot tell you about yet, but we’re going to be leaving the area, which is bittersweet,” Baldwin says.
That made it seem like the post was a means to announce the sale of the home, but that isn’t the case. The listing remains active.
The Hamptons property has been on and off the market multiple times in recent years and most recently returned with a roughly $20 million price tag after receiving a $1 million discount earlier this year. It initially listed for $29 million back in 2022, bringing the total discounts to approximately $10 million.
Hilaria Baldwin is taking a personal approach to selling the Hamptons estate she shares with husband Alec Baldwin, posting a video on Instagram promoting the sprawling Amagansett property as the couple once again tries to offload the home after several unsuccessful attempts.
The historic estate — which dates back to 1740 — spans roughly 10,000 square feet and includes seven bedrooms and nine bathrooms, along with a library clad in wood paneling, a movie theater, a wine room, a pool and a spa.
Set on about 8 acres, the property offers wide-open space that Baldwin says made it an ideal setting for the couple’s large family.
“I want our home to go to people who are going to love it as much as we love it. We have a big piece of property. It gives you a lot of privacy, which is really rare out there,” she says.
“It is a piece of paradise.”

In the video, Baldwin also directs interested buyers to the listing agent handling the sale.
“I wanted to come on here and share it with you so you can swipe and see pictures that I have on this post. You can also click the link on my bio and connect with our amazing broker, Scott Bradley, who is with Saunders & Associates. He’s a Hampton local. He knows everything about there,” Baldwin adds.
“I know the next owners will love it as much as we do.”
Bradley told The Post the house, as of Tuesday, was still for sale.
She also hinted that the family is preparing for a new chapter that will take them out of the area, calling the move “bittersweet.” Saunders & Associates

Despite the home’s size and historic pedigree, the property has struggled to attract a buyer in the ultra-competitive Hamptons luxury market. Local brokers have previously suggested that high-end buyers paying eight figures often gravitate toward newly built or heavily renovated homes closer to the ocean and south of the highway — leaving older estates like the Baldwins’ at a disadvantage.
Another wrinkle: about 3.2 acres of the land are designated for agricultural use, limiting development options that might otherwise appeal to investors or builders.
Still, Baldwin appeared optimistic in the video that the right buyer will eventually come along.
“I send you my love. I hope all is well. Bye,” she said.
This isn’t the first time a promotional video was used to try and sell the home.
In the summer of 2024, Alec appeared in a two-minute YouTube video in an attempt to also entice buyers, though it didn’t work.
