MADISONVILLE, Ohio (WKRC) – Chef Fabio Viviani will open a new Italian restaurant in Cincinnati later this month.
Zingaro is scheduled to open March 24 in Madisonville at the Madison Square development on Medpace’s campus at 5380 Medpace Way.

Viviani, a former contestant on Bravo’s “Top Chef,” said the restaurant will feature regional Italian dishes inspired by his upbringing.
“Growing up in Italy, every region has its own story told through food,” Viviani said in a news release. “At Zingaro, we’re celebrating those traditions and bringing them together in one place, the way people do when they travel across the country.”
