The Prince William Chamber Foundation is excited to announce the inaugural Power of Literacy event set to take place on Saturday May 3, 2025, at Potomac Valley Church.

This event is presented by Decoding Dyslexia and strives to highlight the importance of literacy and raise awareness about dyslexia. The day will be kicked off by keynote speaker Ameer Baraka and will consist of a panel discussion with experts to provide insight into the obstacles that dyslexic thinkers face.

Ameer Baraka is an Emmy-nominated actor, author, dyslexia advocate, youth mentor and prison coach. As someone who has overcome the challenges of Dyslexia, Ameer is passionate about sharing his story and helping others with learning disabilities.

The Prince William Chamber Foundation is proud to support events like this that aim to bridge gaps in various areas of education.
