King Charles III is “absolutely fed up” with the feud between sons Prince William and Prince Harry “dragging on and on,” a source tells Examiner.
“He was counting on time healing things between them, but he’s done with that strategy,” reveals the source. “He says he can no longer afford to stand back [and] feels it’s crucial to the survival of the monarchy that William and Harry are seen to make peace.”
Charles, 77, has publicly declared that he stands ready to support Thames Valley Police in their investigation into Andrew Mountbatten Windsor’s alleged misconduct, but the damage to the crown has already been done.
“They’re on shaky ground,” the source says of the royal family, who were confronted by anti-monarchy protesters outside London’s Westminster Abbey on Monday, March 9. “Charles understands William still feels deeply betrayed but he says now is the time to put politics above feelings. It’s what a good ruler needs to be able to do.”

As Examiner previously reported, it’s pretty much accepted within the royal household that once William, 43, does take the throne, Harry, 41, and his wife, Meghan Markle, will immediately get their titles yanked.
“William bristles at the suggestion that Harry gets another chance, but he isn’t in charge,” notes the source — not yet anyway.
Charles is — and he, along with several other members of the Firm, “believe having Harry involved again in some capacity could actually strengthen the institution,” says the source. “The feeling is that they need to show unity right now, and Charles is pressuring William to step in line and prove he can be a leader.”
