Like all the best streaming services, Netflix is constantly serving up new shows and movies every week, and that means choosing what you’re going to watch next can be a real headache: there just never seems to be enough time to catch up on everything that’s worth streaming.
If you’re planning a movie night this weekend Netflix might not seem the obvious streamer, as the streamer’s most notable addition this week isn’t a new film, it’s “One Piece” season 2. And as someone who’s already binge-watched it, I’m happy to tell you that “Into the Grand Line” is definitely worth investigating, but if you’re not into the streamer’s hit live action manga/anime adaptaion, Netflix has still added a selection of solid movies this week, too.

If you’d prefer a shot of adrenaline this weekend, look no further than “Nobody 2” (arguably the ultimate “dad-action movie” sequel) which is hitting Netflix this Saturday.
In Timo Tjahjanto’s summery follow-up to the 2021 action thriller, suburban father (and workaholic assassin) Hutch Mansell (Bob Odenkirk) carves out some time for a full family getaway to Plummerville, the very same place he and his brother went on vacation when they were kids. Alas, while there, Hutch finds himself in the crosshairs of a corrupt theme-park operator (John Ortiz), a shady sheriff (Colin Hanks), and the target of the most dangerous crime boss he’s ever encountered (Sharon Stone). Hutch isn’t about to let anyone ruin his vacation though, and dishes us plenty of pain in this bigger, wilder sequel.

‘Nuremberg’

I’m rounding out the list with a pick that actually arrived last weekend (on March 7), but seeing as it’s still one of the streamer’s most-watched additions of the week, I think it’s fair game. This is “Nuremberg,” James Vanderbilt’s 2025 war movie, which comes highly recommended (it’s got a 95% approval rating from fans on Rotten Tomatoes).
“Nuremberg” is based on Jack El-Hai’s 2013 book, “The Nazi and the Psychiatrist,” and follows U.S. Army psychiatrist Douglas Kelley (Rami Malek) as he investigates the personalities of high-ranking Nazis to determine whether they are fit to stand trial for their crimes during the war, in preparation for the Nuremberg trials, leading him into a battle of wits with Hermann Göring (Rusell Crowe).
