Demi Moore knows the power of a slit dress—and at SXSW this week, she leaned into the silhouette in Saint Laurent. While promoting I Love Boosters, the actress stepped out in a draped blue gown by Anthony Vaccarello from the house’s resort 2026 collection.
The cobalt-blue design featured a plunging neckline and gathered at the hip with a burnt-orange ribbon fastening, before falling open into a dramatic thigh-high slit. It’s a familiar red carpet silhouette that celebrities continue to revisit.

Moore paired the gown with strappy sandals, stacked gold bangles, and gold statement earrings. Her hair—now back to its signature ultra-long length—was worn straight with a center part, and she opted for soft, glowy makeup.

Moore attended SXSW alongside the cast of I Love Boosters, the upcoming film directed by Boots Riley that also stars Keke Palmer.
The appearance comes during a busy stretch for the actor, who has recently been traveling between fashion events and awards season gatherings. Earlier this week, Moore was among the attendees at Diane von Furstenberg’s annual Oscar luncheon honoring female nominees, where guests included Gwyneth Paltrow, Tracee Ellis Ross, and Katy Perry.
The star will also be at the Oscars this Sunday as a presenter.
