Tamara Ralph dressed six celebrities for the 2026 Vanity Fair Oscar Party, and for me, this was one of the strongest showings of the night.

Old Hollywood, Reworked
Honestly, I gasped when I saw PinkPantheress in this Tamara Ralph Fall 2025 Couture dress. The element of surprise is what makes this work, because her style is usually more playful and offbeat, and I would have expected that same energy here. Instead, she gave us old Hollywood glamour in a strapless velvet gown embellished with diamond accents and feather detailing. The black silk-velvet wide-brim dome hat completely sells the look. This was one of my favourites of the night. A Zales bracelet and Manolo Blahnik shoes completed her look.

Crystal Precision Done Right
Simone Ashley was luminous in a silver fine crystal mesh Tamara Ralph Spring 2026 Couture dress, finished with a sculptural peacock feather neckline that draws the eye. I love how this look balances intricacy with clarity. Nothing feels overworked, yet every detail earns its place. This is exactly the kind of red carpet moment I want and love from her. Buccellati jewels completed her look.

Redemption Delivered
We did not like Ryan Destiny’s look for the main event, and I am still not over it, but thankfully she had another chance to make an impression, and she delivered. This gold crystal Tamara Ralph Spring 2026 gown, accented with draped gold chains, feels far more aligned with her aesthetic. Sleek, sensual and confident.

A Familiar Reference
If you are anything like me, seeing Suki Waterhouse in this Tamara Ralph Spring 2026 Couture look instantly brought Bella Hadid’s 2021 Schiaparelli Haute Couture Cannes moment to mind, largely because of the gold crystal peacock feather top. That comparison is kinda unavoidable. Still, the rest of the look leans into a softer finish with the silk chiffon cape, which tempers the statement bodice nicely. I would have preferred an updo to sharpen the overall effect, but her signature shaggy ’60s hair remains part of her identity. Messika jewels completed her look.

When It All Clicks
Rita Ora’s style can be hit and miss, but when she gets it right, she really gets it right. This Tamara Ralph Spring 2026 Couture look lands on every level. The embellishment, the structure, the attitude, it all works. And yes, the ostrich-feather dome hat was absolutely necessary to complete the look rather than distract from it. A Hublot Big Bang One Click Steel Full Pavé timepiece and Marco Bicego jewels completed her look.

Refined With Edge
While there was plenty of drama from Rita, PinkPantheress and Suki, Jessica Alba took a more restrained approach in her Tamara Ralph Spring 2026 Couture black sequin dress. Even with the feather accents, this felt comparatively pared back, and going strapless gave the look a cleaner, more direct impact. Simple, but effective.
This was the only label on the night that consistently delivered across the board for me.
