When the holidays arrive, Prince William’s sense of community shines brightest. This year, PowerMax Company is turning that spirit into action through the This Christmas Talent Competition 2025—a purpose-driven event created to bring families together for a night of fun, inspiration, and giving back.
The live competition will take place on Saturday, Nov. 8, 2025, from 5 to 9 p.m. at Forest Park High School Auditorium in Woodbridge. Auditions are open now through Oct. 19, with up to 30 contestants invited to perform.
A Celebration with Purpose
The event was born from PowerMax’s desire to make a difference for families in need during the Christmas season. “The This Christmas Talent Competition was created to bring families together for an evening of entertainment, fun, and lasting memories—all while showcasing local talent and giving back to those who need it most,” said organizer Gloria Pollard.
A portion of the proceeds will go directly toward purchasing Christmas gifts for underprivileged families across Prince William, helping ensure that every child experiences the joy of the season.
PowerMax Leads the Way
PowerMax Company isn’t just a sponsor—they are the founders and hosts of the competition. Their mission to “build stronger communities” is reflected in every part of the event, from the open call for performers of all ages to the focus on compassion and connection.
A Talent Show for Everyone

Unlike traditional competitions, this event welcomes participants of all ages and talents—from singers and dancers to unique performers of every kind. Acts must remain family-friendly, but creativity is encouraged.
Each participant receives a trophy, and cash prizes will be awarded to the top three performers. The first-place winner will also receive a professional photo shoot.
