Hollywood star Johnny Depp has been spotted filming in a town centre.
The Pirates of the Caribbean actor has reportedly been filming at MuMu’s in Week Street, Maidstone, for the past two days.

KentOnline understands that the actor has been in the area recording for a new film.
A large crowd could be seen outside the town centre bar and restaurant watching some of the production.
An employee at Greek Taverna Artemis, which is opposite MuMus, says the actor has been working in the area.
“He is filming for a new horror movie which will be on Netflix in October, but that’s all we’ve been told,” they added.

It is not the first time Depp has been spotted in the county.
In 2022, he visited Folly Wildlife Rescue in Tunbridge Wells and was pictured holding an orphaned badger cub.
Later that year, he became a patron of the charity.
In 2018, the Edward Scissorhands actor was seen travelling on a Eurostar train from Paris to Ashford.
Wearing sunglasses and a checked shirt, the A-lister posed for photographs and signed a champagne box for star-struck passengers.
Depp is set to star as Scrooge in the new remake, Ebenezer: A Christmas Carol, which is set for release in November.
