Jessica Biel is “not happy” about the release of the bodycam footage taken during her husband Justin Timberlake’s DWI arrest.

A source told People on Sunday that the “Better Sister” actress is “not happy about the renewed attention,” noting, “There’s a reason they pushed back on the footage being released.”

The insider went on to call the incident “stressful” as it “obviously doesn’t portray [Timberlake] in the best light.”

She “would prefer to move past it,” the source insisted.

Despite the incident being brought back to light, Biel remains “supportive” of Timberlake, to whom she has been married since 2012.

“There have been some challenging moments lately, and she’s focused on moving forward,” the insider further told the outlet.

“She’s the happiest when she’s able to focus on family life, along with her work when she chooses to take on projects.”

The source also explained that — amid her support — “she’s also not afraid to express when she’s disappointed in certain decisions” and “this was one of those moments.”

On Friday, footage from the “Cry Me a River” singer’s Hamptons DWI arrest was finally released despite his attempts to block it.

In the video, Timberlake was pulled over and asked a series of questions before being asked to complete several sobriety tests.

After stumbling a couple of times when asked to walk in a straight line, he called the tests “hard” and admitted that his “heart [was] racing.” And although he cooperated with multiple requests, he declined to take a breathalyzer test several times.

In the clip, a female friend of the singer also arrived on the scene and alluded to his fame so that cops could go easy on him.

“You’re arresting Justin Timberlake right now?” she could be heard asking before pleading, “Can you guys please just do me a favor ’cause you loved ‘Bye Bye Bye’ or ‘Sexyback?’ Do me one favor!”

Despite his initial nervousness, Timberlake was also filmed cracking a few jokes after he was processed at the station.

The footage was released after Timberlake filed a lawsuit against the Long Island town of Sag Harbor, where he was arrested, to stop the footage from being released.

The “Mirrors” singer was arrested in June 2024 and was charged with one count of driving while intoxicated and cited for two traffic violations: failure to stop at a stop sign and failure to keep right.

At the time, a source told Page Six that the former *NSYNC member was pulled over after meeting some friends at the historic American Hotel for dinner, but “there were cops stationed outside.”

We also exclusively reported that Timberlake expressed his concern for the fate of his Forget Tomorrow World Tour during the investigation.

“The cop didn’t know who he was at first,” a source told us. “Justin said under his breath, ‘This is going to ruin the tour.’ The cop replied, ‘What tour?’ Justin said, ‘The world tour.’”

His long night was apparent on his face as he posed for his mugshot with visibly bloodshot eyes after being taken into custody.

And although the Grammy winner’s lawyer claimed he wasn’t “intoxicated” at the time of his arrest, they took a plea deal and lowered his DWI charge to a traffic violation, which isn’t a criminal defense.

His license, however, was suspended.
