A.) Approach them in a civil manner and try to come to an understanding.

This clears it up. The blue shirt bitch caused this whole thing. Blue shirt pushes Ritchson down, then Ritchson walks away to de-escalate. Blue shirt pushes him down again! Then Ritchson gives him what he deserves. This is a classic FAFO situation.
To top it all off, Ritchson was not even going that fast in the beginning.
