Prince Harry has been cautioned that his children will be excluded from any future Royal Family role unless he mends fences with Prince William.
Sources suggest that even if Harry resolves his security concerns and returns to the UK, Meghan’s unpopularity will create substantial, perhaps insurmountable, obstacles to the Sussexes fully rejoining the royal establishment, with potentially severe consequences for their children.
According to insiders, as per Express UK, the ongoing royal division between Charles, William and Harry means Prince Archie and Princess Lilibet will have no place in the streamlined monarchy of tomorrow, and cannot be welcomed back while their parents remain in conflict with the King and the Prince and Princess of Wales.
Prince George, second in line to the throne and a future monarch, has never even met his royal cousins living across the Atlantic, who have been raised in Montecito, California, far removed from the Wales children’s life in Windsor. While the broader Royal Family’s children regularly appear together at occasions such as Christmas at Sandringham, glimpses of the Sussex children come only through partially visible images on Meghan’s social media platforms.

Royal expert Richard Fitzwilliams has delivered a stark warning regarding what lies ahead for Archie and Lilibet as they mature. Speaking to the Express, he stated: “Harry will undoubtably be back in the UK now he has got his security sorted which paves the way for Meghan coming over but she is hugely unpopular so it is difficult to see how Archie and Lilibet would fit in to the family in the future.”
Robert Jobson, a best-selling royal author whose latest book is titled ‘The Windsor Legacy’, expressed doubt about Archie and Lilibet’s potential role in that legacy.
He shared with the Express: “These are children who have grown up in California, largely shielded from royal life as we understand it.
“Whether they would ever want a role – and whether the Palace would welcome it – depends entirely on what happens between their father and the King in the years ahead. Right now, that bridge looks a long way from being rebuilt.

“Could Archie and Lilibet ever return to the royal fold? It is not impossible. But it feels remote while the rift between Harry and the institution remains so deep.”
Archie Harrison, Prince of Sussex, 6, and Lilibet Diana, Princess of Sussex, 4, have had limited interaction with their cousins, George, Charlotte and Louis, and have yet to establish any significant relationship with them.
Despite Meghan, Duchess of Sussex, frequently sharing photos and videos of them, they are not experiencing childhood within the royal spotlight.
Due to the geographic separation between California and the UK and the strained relations between their parents, the Wales children possess minimal knowledge of the Sussex children, with reports indicating they have never encountered Lilibet.

“It’s so sad that the Wales’ kids basically know very little about their cousins across the pond and are never likely to be close to them,” royal author Phil Dampier told Fabulous magazine.
“Although they were invited to Lilibet’s first birthday party at Frogmore Cottage, they did not go,” Dampier alleged.
Instead, George, Charlotte, and Louis have developed strong relationships with Zara and Mike Tindall’s children, Mia, Lena, and Lucas. “In many ways the children of Zara and Mike Tindall have replaced Archie and Lilibet as the closest cousins of George, Charlotte, and Louis,” Dampier explained.
“It’s something Archie and Lilibet are missing out on and you just wonder if in years to come, when they grow up, they will start asking their parents why they are estranged from the Royal Family.”
