An estate in Tucson, Arizona, that belonged to the Oscar-winning Hollywood tough guy Lee Marvin has hit the market for $5.75 million.

The adobe house, designed in 1936 by the Swiss-American architect Josias Joesler stands in the Catalina Foothills Estates, one of the most affluent neighborhoods in the city. Marvin and his wife, Pamela, purchased the home in 1975, and he lived there until his death at the age of 63 in 1987.

Meanwhile, the longtime New York City home of Oscar-winning actress Katharine Hepburn has gotten a price cut and is now asking $6.195 million.

The 19-foot-wide townhouse in Turtle Bay, on the east side of Midtown Manhattan, first hit the market in 2024 for $7.2 million. “The Philadelphia Story” star reportedly owned the home from 1931—just before her Hollywood break—until her death at the age of 96 in 2003.
