Coronation Street spoilers have revealed what lies ahead for Theo Silverton on the cobbles and he’s set to be far from pleased.
Viewers will remember that Theo, portrayed by James Cartwright, has been controlling and manipulating his partner Todd Grimshaw, played by Gareth Pierce, for several months.
In recent scenes, Theo even coerced Todd into marrying him by blindfolding him and taking him to a register office, where he was ambushed and pressured to say ‘I do’.
Fortunately, Theo has begun to be rumbled on the cobbles as Todd’s father figure and colleague, George Shuttleworth, saw right through the sinister builder.

George has challenged Theo and pledged to safeguard a frightened Todd, who has dismissed any concerns and refuses to leave Theo as he’s too terrified to acknowledge the reality, reports the Daily Star.
George has subsequently voiced his worries to residents on the cobbles, with Gary Windass also recognising Theo’s true nature as he sacked him and challenged him over his conduct.
Aware he’s been found out, Theo has begun arranging plans to relocate to Belfast with Todd, which soap enthusiasts have found deeply troubling, as it would leave Todd even more cut off than before.
And now fresh spoilers have disclosed what’s coming next for Theo and Todd as a major return sparks turmoil.

In forthcoming scenes, Todd’s closest friend, Sarah Platt, attempts to rescue him. Ensuring Theo has departed, Sarah begs Todd to allow her inside to which he hesitantly conceals the doorbell camera and hurries her in.
It’s not long before Sarah confronts Todd about his lack of response to George’s messages, just as they hear Theo returning – what will their next move be?
Later in the week, Sarah confides her worries about Todd to Christina Boyd and Summer Spellman. Concurrently, Gary instructs Theo to collect the remainder of his tools, making it clear he never wants to cross paths with him again.

Heeding Gary’s advice, Sarah arranges a meeting with Theo’s estranged ex-wife, Danielle, who was cheated on by Theo with Todd, at the Bistro and questions her about whether Theo was ever violent towards her.
However, the situation deteriorates when a stunned Todd and Theo walk in to find Sarah with Danielle, leaving Theo absolutely livid.
After the encounter, Theo returns home and, drawing Todd into a kiss, informs him that his contract has arrived and they’re relocating to Belfast on Monday. Todd forces a smile but will he manage to be rescued in time?
