What’s that sound? Oh, sorry, it’s just the Romance Rumor Mill churning away again—and this time, it’s focusing on Brooks Nader and Taron Egerton.
Explaining the rumors
In case you missed it, rumors of a potential romance blossoming between the two stars began flying earlier this week, claiming that the model and actor were dating after Deuxmoi exclusively reported on their pair.
Per Page Six, the two were then spotted out and about on Friday, March 27, when they caught a showing of Ryan Gosling’s blockbuster new film Project Hail Mary. Then, on Saturday, March 28, the two were photographed again, cozying up together at a restaurant in Santa Monica, Calif. An exclusive source who spoke to the outlet also alleged, “It wasn’t their first date. They have known each other for some time.”
And on Tuesday, March 31, PEOPLE shared an exclusive with an insider close to the situation, who stated that the model “likes hanging out with him,” and that “she’s just enjoying it for what it is, but she’s definitely into him.”
At the time of this article’s publication, neither Nader nor Egerton has confirmed these reports or commented on the matter.
Previous romance rumors
This is not the first time the Love Thy Nader and Baywatch star has been at the center of romance rumors.
In fact, in 2025, Nader was rumored to be romantically linked to football star Tom Brady after the two were spotted at a couple of events together, with host Andy Cohen even referencing the alleged relationship during her appearance on Watch What Happens Live! She was also briefly rumored to be dating The Secret Lives of Mormon Wives’ personality Dakota Mortensen in November.
Regarding Nader’s public relationship timeline, she was married to Billy Haire in 2019 before the pair divorced in May 2024. Of the relationship, she told PEOPLE in 2025, “… I met my ex-husband when I was 18, and I was with him until I was 27, so he was my first date. So I never dated, I had no experience, I didn’t know what love-bombing was. I was so not well-versed in relationships.”
Then, in late 2024, she was romantically linked to her Dancing With the Stars pro partner, Gleb Savchenko. The two broke up in the spring of 2025, with Nader alleging that the dancer had “cheated” on her, though Savchenko denied those claims.
