Donald Trump’s granddaughter, Kai Trump, has been called ‘delusional’ on social media after she spoke about her career aspirations.

Kai, 18, is the eldest of the US president’s 11 grandchildren, has over 1.4 million subscribers on YouTube and is set to play golf at the University of Miami this year.

The teenager – who is the daughter of Donald Trump Jr and his ex-wife Vanessa Trump – previously gave fans a behind-the-scenes look ‘inside the secret White House residence’.

She recently took to Instagram to answer a series of questions about her career and future, but not everyone was impressed with her responses.

Answering an ‘Ask Me Anything’, Kai was questioned about what her dream job would be, in a post she captioned: “I love social media, golf, and business!”

In a video response, she said: “My dream job is literally what I’m doing now.

“Playing golf, social media, entertaining, creating my own business. I think that’s my dream job. Travelling the world, meeting new people, is probably my dream job.”

Followers were quick to troll the 18-year-old over the ‘delusional’ comment, with one person writing: “So basically unemployed wonderful dream.”

Another said: “There was no job mentioned.”

And a third added: “Serious question. Since you’re already doing what you love and you have plenty of money, what is the point of you going to University?”

However, many people were quick to defend Kai, with one adding: “Good job Kai. Managing your own business, brand, and profit is more than a job, but a responsibility for yourself and others.”

While someone else commented: “I’m sorry but why do you guys hate on her and bash her about politics when she’s not even apart of it I don’t even like Trump but she has done nothing wrong.”

Kai has also opened up about where she stands politically, revealing all to Logan Paul on his podcast, Impaulsive.

While discussing Trump’s election opponent, Kamala Harris, Kai said: “To be honest with you, I stay out of politics completely.

“I’d never run… I don’t want anything to do with politics because I feel like politics is such a dangerous thing.

“I think if both sides had met in the middle everyone would be so much more happier.

“There’s radical left, radical right, there’s a lot of people who get too extreme.

“That’s where social media really ties into it because social media makes your feed either be one way or another.

“There’s not a lot of things on social media where you’re very much in the middle, I think that kind of makes some people crazy and some people buy into it too much, I think that’s the best way to say it.

“There’s no bad blood, I’m very much in the middle, it is what it is, they ran against each other, obviously I’m going to support my grandpa, my family member.”
