The Duchess of Sussex filmed her children Prince Archie, 6, and Princess Lilibet, 4, taking part in an Easter egg hunt on the grounds of the family’s Montecito, California home.
She also captured them decorating eggs on Easter Sunday.

On April 5, the Duchess of Sussex shared on Instagram a snippet of how her 6-year-old son Prince Archie and her daughter Lilibet, 4, spent Easter Sunday. Archie and Lilibet’s red hair was on display as their mom filmed them, making sure to keep their faces out of the shot, as she always does on social media.
The siblings raced through the yard of their home with Easter baskets, hunting for eggs. In another clip, Archie and Lilibet held their Easter baskets as they walked along a stone pathway, one of the family’s dogs alongside them. Another clip showed Lilibet—who wore a pink floral print Janie and Jack dress—walking barefoot in the grass, holding two stuffed animals. Archie could be seen in yet another clip decorating an egg with colorful stripes, using a contraption called “The Dinomazing Egg Decorator” to do so.

Meghan’s post also showed the Sussex family chickens getting some fresh lettuce, and another clip showed Meghan lifting the lid on some eggs—possibly used later for the Easter egg hunt. After sharing so much of the family’s celebrations, the As Ever founder captioned her post, simply, “Happy Easter!”

Meghan and Prince Harry are set to head off to Australia mid-April for a series of “private, business, and philanthropic engagements,” according to The Telegraph. Activities for the couple include Meghan headlining a women-only event in Sydney, while Harry will address a mental health conference in Melbourne.

It’s the couple’s first trip Down Under since 2018, when Meghan was pregnant with Archie. Archie and Lilibet aren’t expected to accompany their parents on this trip, though.
