Helen Flanagan has revealed her ongoing house move drama is taking its toll, admitting the situation with her ex has become “really stressful”. The former Coronation Street star spoke exclusively at the launch of Ex on the Beach, where she opened up about the ongoing saga surrounding her living situation following her split from ex-fiancé Scott Sinclair.
“Oh it’s an absolute saga, it’s just been really stressful. Like really stressful,” Helen confessed.
The 35-year-old actress is currently living in a six-bedroom property in Belmont, near Bolton, with the three children she shares with former footballer Scott Sinclair. However, the home is reportedly in his name, and tensions have been mounting over its future.

Helen and Scott, 36, ended their 13-year relationship back in 2022, but it seems their living arrangements have remained a sticking point ever since.
The sprawling property was previously listed for sale at £1.5million before being reduced to £995,000, fuelling speculation about what comes next for the TV star and her family.
Sources have claimed Scott is keen for Helen to move into a smaller home, believing the current property is too large.
But Helen is said to be reluctant to leave, particularly as the house is close to her parents and the children’s school, where they are happily settled.

One insider alleged that Scott currently covers the bills and wants to scale things down, even reportedly offering to purchase a new four-bedroom home for Helen and put it in her name. However, the proposal is said to come with conditions, including changes to financial arrangements.
Despite this, Helen is believed to be standing her ground. Reports suggest she feels strongly about remaining in the family home and has no intention of leaving without a fight, especially given her role in making the property what it is today.
The situation has also reportedly put further strain on the former couple’s relationship, with claims they are no longer on speaking terms and instead communicate through family members.
Tensions appeared to spill into public view over Christmas when Helen criticised Scott on social media after he missed their son Charlie’s nativity, while attending the Abu Dhabi Grand Prix.
While the housing situation remains unresolved, Helen is said to be looking ahead and focusing on her future. Friends claim she is open to finding love again and hopes to meet someone she can truly rely on.
