Ligas
9pm, Sky Atlantic
Lorenzo Ligas (Luca Argentero) is a debauched genius, a lawyer whose brilliance is matched by his capacity for self-sabotage. This trope isn’t original, but there’s a certain freewheeling relish to the Italian drama. As it begins, Ligas is defending a gone-to-seed pop star accused of murdering a cop. But the clock is ticking. Can our maverick hero exonerate his client before he destroys his own career prospects? Flashy, flimsy fun. Phil Harrison
Do You Have OCD?
7pm, Channel 5
This documentary stated that one in 12 people are living with obsessive compulsive disorder. It looks at four cases, including Kelly, who does eight hours of daily ordering rituals to combat her anxiety about dirt. But there’s a surprising lack of scientific knowledge around the causes and potential cures for those imprisoned by intrusive thoughts. Priya Elan

8pm, BBC One
As formulaic as it may be, this series is an enjoyable emotional rollercoaster, thanks in part to the stories of the people involved, but mainly because of the empathy and kindness of Stacey and her team. This time, the Allan family in Twickenham receive an audit. Soon, issues around neurodiversity and excessive consumption emerge. PH
Our Welsh Chapel Dream
8pm, Channel 4
Keith Brymer Jones and his partner, Marj Hogarth, have thrown all of their savings into restoring a derelict Grade-II-listed chapel. In this instalment of their adventures on the Welsh coastline, the couple work on two guest bedrooms, with their own adjoining courtyard and firepit – or “fire trench”, as they envisage it. Muslim Matchmaker
9pm, BBC Three
While this dating show is culturally specific, its strength is in being universal – it engagingly captures the hopefulness and anxiety of dating. This time, one participant faces a friend-zoning. It’s fairly obvious why this has happened, but the matchmakers Hoda and Yasmin deal with the situation with their customary tact. PH
Storyville: André Is an Idiot
10pm, BBC Four
When André Ricciardi told his mother about his stage four cancer diagnosis, her reaction was to call him “a fucking idiot” for failing to have a colonoscopy earlier. This sets the tone for a film taking a refreshingly unsentimental attitude towards death. André is determined to die smiling and this makes his end-of-life story all the more moving. PH
