Blake Lively and Justin Baldoni are heading to trial next month, nearly two years after all the It Ends with Us drama came to light.
By the way, if you don’t recall, in a ruling issued on Thursday (April 2), Judge Lewis Liman threw out 10 of the 13 claims in Blake’s lawsuit against Justin, including claims of harassment, defamation, and conspiracy.
The judge did allow three of her allegations to proceed to a trial, including claims of breach of contract, retaliation and aiding and abetting in retaliation.
Blake‘s legal team sent out a pretrial motion on Saturday (April 11), which listed out who will be taking the stand for the trial. There are several notable names on the list.
The case remains on track for a trial to begin on May 18.
