The couple just sold their 22 Strong Place townhouse, trading brownstone life for a move back to England. Their four-story brownstone closed for $11.8 million in an all-cash, off-market deal on March 31 – nearly doubling the $6.75 million they paid in 2017, when they purchased the home after a major fire had left it stripped to the studs. They went on to fully restore and reimagine the property.
Tucked on one of Brooklyn’s most storybook streets, the residence blends historic charm with understated luxury- very on brand for two of Hollywood’s most private names.
