I’m A Celebrity star Adam Thomas has issued a new statement on claims he was bullied by David Haye on the show.

The actor and presenter appeared on the ITV All Stars version, which is currently airing on TV, and Adam has now spoken out about how he was “pushed to his limits” by David’s shock behaviour in the South African camp.

Things turned even worse tonight as Adam cried over David’s treatment of him on the show. Angry fans fumed over David’s comments as Adam cried over David’s constant comments.

A tearful Adam cried as he admitted: “I don’t know where it came from I really don’t. What are you getting out of it bro? He just keeps on having a go, come on man its not funny no more man.”

Later in the Bush Telegraph, David gave his own thoughts: “Maybe I’m a bit harsh, I probably am. But if I’ve really upset him, it’s not my intention to hurt somebody’s feelings. I like him, he’s a genuinely sweet guy.”

Adam also issued a lengthy statement over the weekend, where he said David had “broke” him.

“He broke me in there, he pushed me to my limits, and I’ve told David this and he’s apologised and that’s that! I’ve moved on now, am not one to hold a grudge … We all face people and situations that try to break us, but sometimes those moments are what rebuild you stronger than ever. Be kind,” he said.

“Since coming out, I’ve taken time to process everything, and I’m in a much better place now. I let go of the anger, had the conversations I needed to have, and chose peace.”

In a new statement, posted today, Adam doubled down on his thoughts: “Guys, the love you have shown me fills my heart. Thank you for all your kind words but also in a world full of hate… let’s just be kind people!

“I don’t like seeing all the negative comments about David I’ve made peace with it, let’s just move on.”

The same can’t be said for David – as in a new interview, the boxer seemingly reignited the feud, insisting he wasn’t bullying – but making various digs at Adam’s expense.

“When a grown man tells me that a fun TV show – where we’re being paid handsomely every single day – is the hardest thing he’s ever been through, it’s just not a frequency I recognise,” he said.

“I was actually on my best behaviour in there, honestly. I’ve spoken to Adam, I’ve said my piece, and some of what’s still to air will speak for itself. I’ll leave it there.”
