A woman has become one of the only chefs in the North of England to work at Gordon Ramsey’s latest restaurant.
Holly Jackson, 25, from New Moston has quickly risen through the ranks of the industry, now landing the role of Senior Pastry Chef de Partie at Ramsay’s Lucky Cat restaurant.
The chef, who studied Hospitality and Catering at Hopwood Hall college in Rochdale, said: ”I never doubted that I could do it.”
The London restaurant has been the subject of a Netflix documentary, showing Ramsey going through the trials and tribulations of opening a high end eatery in the skyscraper 22 Bishopsgate – with Holly featuring in many episodes.
