Channing Tatum’s Instagram Stories After Zoë Kravitz, Harry Styles Engagement

By now, I’m sure you’ve heard the news that Harry Styles and Zoë Kravitz are apparently engaged, seemingly after less than a year of dating.

The couple — who were first linked in August 2025 — sparked engagement rumors last week after Zoë was seen in London sporting a very pretty diamond ring on that finger.

And though the couple hasn’t publicly addressed it, an insider confirmed to People on April 27 that Zoë and Harry recently got engaged and have shared the news with “a small circle” of loved ones.

As people have pointed out online, this isn’t Zoë’s first engagement, nor would it be her first marriage. (No shade. Get it, girl.) In 2019, she tied the knot with actor Karl Glusman, but they split after just 18 months of marriage. Zoë and Karl’s divorce was finalized in 2021 — the same year that she sparked dating rumors with Channing Tatum.

Zoë and Channing were a fan-favorite pairing, and in October 2023, they got engaged after two years of dating. However, they never made it down the aisle, breaking up in October 2024 with a source telling People that they were simply at “different stages” of their lives.

Since their split, Channing has gone on to date 26-year-old model Inka Williams. Meanwhile, Zoë has only had kind things to say about Channing, telling Elle magazine in 2025, “I care for him very much.”

So, with all that in mind, people are dying to know what he must think about Zoë’s latest relationship milestone — which brings us to his recent Instagram Stories.

On April 27, the same day that People confirmed the engagement news, Channing urged his followers to read a poignant poem by writer John Roedel, all about the conflict between your “heart” and “brain.”

“Now my head and heart share custody of me / They blame each other for the state of my life / there’s been a lot of yelling—and crying / so, / lately I’ve been spending a lot of time with my gut / who serves as my unofficial therapist,” the poem continued, as it went on to describe how the “heart is always sad about something that happened yesterday,” while the head is “always worried about something that may happen tomorrow.”

Later that day, he reposted another batch of IG posts, including one that shows people hitting each other with foam pool noodles on the street. The video was captioned “New therapy tool unlocked,” and Channing reposted it to his followers, saying, “I might actually just do this in New York randomly. It seems so much fun.”

Now, if you follow Channing on IG, you’ll know that he’s a regular resharer of things he finds funny or relatable, so this type of posting is hardly out of the ordinary for him. However, as you’d expect, fans are taking note of the timing and speculating as to whether his latest posts might be a “cringe” — and also kind of hilarious — response to the engagement headlines.

“The draw this woman has on these men needs to be STUDIED. She has Channing out here posting on IG like a ’00s teen on AIM,” one Reddit user quipped, echoed by someone else who asked, “how did he find a post that’s so 2014 coded?”

Hilariously, people have also drawn comparisons between Channing’s recent stories and Tom Brady’s eyebrow-raising IG activity in 2024 following the news that his ex-wife, Gisele Bündchen, was expecting a baby with her new partner. “He and Tom Brady should compare notes on the best Sad Posting ’bout their ex,” one user joked.

So, do we know for sure that Channing is in his feelings about Zoë? Definitely not. But is it still wonderful to see celebs get real on their IG stories? Absolutely. Keep it coming.
