Cheryl has shared some rare snaps of her only son Bear, nine, after years of keeping her only child firmly out of the limelight on a trip to Disneyworld.

Cheryl Tweedy has shared personal snaps from a trip to Disneyworld with her son Bear – a rare move from the former Girls Aloud singer who keeps her private life under wraps.
The 42-year-old star shared snaps on social media showing her magical trip to Disney with her only child. Writing on social media, Cheryl spenned: “Somewhere in the corners of the world, magic still exists.
“I don’t know what took me so long to experience the joys of @waltdisneyworld but I completely escaped into my inner child for the last couple of weeks.
“What a wonderful place.” In the carousel of images, Cheryl shared a video of her walking hand in hand with her son with his hoodie on and his back to the camera, in another shot a cap covered his face so he couldn’t be seen.

While she avoided sharing images of his face, fans loved seeing how much the youngster had grown in these rare snaps. One fan said: “Bear will be taller than you soon OMG.”
“Little Bear is not little anymore,” said another. While a third went on to write: “Aww, so glad you went there with Bear and had an amazing and beautiful time. You deserve it.” Meanwhile, Cheryl’s Girls Aloud bandmate, Nicola Roberts, penned: “Love this.”
Bear was born in 2017 after Cheryl got into a relationship with former One Direction star, Liam Payne, in 2016. After the couple announced their breakup in 2018, the couple both emphasised their commitment to raising their son, with Liam sharing: “We still have so much love for each other as a family. Bear is our world, and we ask that you respect his privacy as we navigate our way through this together.”
Payne died in 2024 after he fell to his death from a hotel in Buenos Aires at just 31-years-old. Since his death, Cheryl has credited her mum and brother with being her ‘rock’ as she and Bear navigate life without Payne in it.

Cheryl has had a tough year, with her stalker being sent to prison in September after a long legal battle. Daniel Bannister was given a lifetime restraining order and was sentenced to one year in prison.
Cheryl said in a statement, read out in court, that the stalking incident had a “huge impact” on her life and scared her son: “It’s had a huge impact – I have a young child to protect.
“It has made my young child scared. I have had to rely on security, family and friends for support. Why should I have to move because of Daniel’s behaviour? It’s unacceptable, terrifying and having a detrimental impact.”
In April, it was also reported that Cheryl’s brother was ‘seen living in a tent and begging outside a supermarket’. The star has opened up about her brother’s troubled past before, revealing she made many attempts to try and help him get clean.
