A bunch of gibberish came out of The Valley star Jesse Lally’s mouth when TMZ asked him about his ex, Michelle Saniei, and her reported romance with Dr. Dre. Saniei and Dre were papped by Backgrid leaving Nobu on Saturday, April 25. “I did not get a heads up,” he said. “I saw it on social media the same way as everyone else.” He also noted that the first cassette he ever bought was a N.W.A. tape in 1988, the same year Saniei was born. “I don’t think she ever listened to rap music. So dating Dr. Dre… good for her.”
The protracted separation and divorce of Saniei and Lally has been a story engine for The Valley lo these many seasons. On the show, Lally tends to slutshame his ex. But he told TMZ he was just happy she’s happy. “She’s happy, she’s single, she can do whatever she wants. I just want her to really focus on making sure that Isabella doesn’t have to go through what she went through with the Aaron breakup. It was really difficult on all of us,” he said, referring to her past partner, Aaron Nosler.
