The first Monday in May calls for the Met Gala!
The 2026 Met Gala takes place on Monday, May 4, and celebrities and designers are showing up and showing out for fashion’s biggest night of the year, which is a fundraising event for the Metropolitan Museum of Art’s Costume Institute in New York City.
The theme for 2026 is “Costume Art,” with a dress code of “Fashion is Art.”
