There are new tensions in the search for Savannah Guthrie’s missing mother, Nancy Guthrie, as the local sheriff pushes back on criticism from FBI director Kash Patel. With the investigation nearing 100 days, Patel claims federal agents were ‘kept out’ of the case for several days, delaying the recovering of key doorbell camera footage with Google’s help. Pima County Sheriff Chris Nanos is pushing back, insisting coordination with the FBI began immediately the night Guthrie went missing and that federal personnel were on scene from the start.
