Joel Dommett and his wife Hannah Cooper have welcomed their second child – a baby boy. The 40-year-old comedian, known for hosting ITV’s The Masked Singer, and model Hannah took to Instagram on Friday, 8 May, to announce the “super late” birth of their second son.
Alongside a sweet black and white photo of the newborn wrapped in a blanket, the pair revealed his unique name as Dutch Cooper-Dommett. The caption alongside the snap read: “Dutch Cooper-Dommett. Super late like his father, super long like his mother.”
Joel had been documenting his wife’s pregnancy on social media, including recent updates to his near one million followers revealing Hannah was almost two weeks past her due date.

Famous pals congratulated the pair, including Roxy Horner, who recently married Jack Whitehall. She said: “Congratulations guys”, while Davina McCall added: “Love love love ALL THE WAY xxxxx we are so happy for ALL OF YOU.”
Frankie Bridge said: “Love his name. boy mum crew xxxx”, while Traitors star Paul Gorton commented: “What a name! Congratulations.” Fans also celebrated the new arrival, with one person saying: “HUGE congrats to the cooper Dommetts big love to you all.” A second said: “Yaaaaaay welcome to the world Dutch.”
Joel and Hannah met back in 2016 and tied the knot three years later at an intimate ceremony in Greece, which was officiated by comedian Iain Stirling. The couple welcomed their first son, Wilde Cooper-Dommett, in 2023.

Speaking to OK! before welcoming her new arrival, Hannah had shared that she and Joel were going to go on a babymoon, but backed out. She said: “Joel and I were supposed to go on a babymoon last week and ended up… freaking out and staying home!”
The model added that her second pregnancy was different to her first, because she was running after an active two year-old. She described it as an “olympic sport” and said naps were “utter luxuries”.
Hannah also admitted to having some nerves about the arrival of her second child: “There’s definitely that mum guilt, how do you navigate two?! It’s a whirlwind of emotions that you almost don’t have time to think about – that’s maybe a good thing.”
According to Hannah, life changed completely when she and Joel became parents. “When you go on a first date with someone you think, ‘Oh, are they hot, would I maybe marry them?’,” she joked. “I don’t think you really think about how they’re going to be as parents. That’s a massive one.”
But, she was clear that she felt she had “lucked out” in meeting Joel, as he was great with Wilde, and the both of them are “open communicators”. She finished: “As parents you always have to voice how you’re feeling; otherwise resentment builds. We voice everything to each other. If we don’t, we save it up for the podcast, for the nation to listen to!”
