Chloe Lewis has broken her silence following the tragic death of her former boyfriend Jake Hall by showing support for a heartfelt tribute posted by his close friend.

The former Towie star, who dated Mr Hall during their teenage years and throughout their time on the reality show, liked an emotional post written by Dan Bulman about his late friend.

Hall passed away on Thursday after police discovered his body at a rented villa in Santa Margalida, Mallorca.

The 35-year-old’s death is believed to have occurred after he fell through a door and suffered injuries from glass shards.

Spanish authorities continue to investigate the circumstances surrounding the reality television personality’s death.

Ms Lewis’s gesture marks her first public acknowledgement of the tragedy.

Mr Hall joined The Only Way Is Essex in 2015 and appeared across four series of the ITVBe programme.

The pair’s romance stretched back to their younger years, with their relationship continuing in an on-off fashion during their time in the spotlight together.

Throughout this period, they attended numerous celebrity events as a couple.

However, their relationship came to an end in 2016 amid growing difficulties.

Allegations emerged during Mr Hall’s stint on the show suggesting he had been unfaithful, which created significant tension between the pair.

These rumours contributed to widening fractures in their partnership, ultimately leading to their split.

Mr Bulman’s tribute described Mr Hall as a “fiercely loving and dedicated dad” whose eight-year-old daughter River, whom he shares with Real Housewives Of Cheshire star Misse Bequiri, was “his entire world”.

In his post, Bulman wrote: “It’s incredibly hard to believe he’s gone in a flash, just like that.”

He revealed the pair had spoken on the phone just two days before Mr Hall’s death, joking about how the reality star was “all over the place” – something Mr Bulman considered his greatest strength.

He also shared a manifesto the two had written together for what was intended to be Mr Hall’s next chapter.

The document encouraged embracing authenticity, stating: “The world told you to choose. So, choose. Choose everything.”

Mr Hall’s body was discovered at the rented property in Majorca with head injuries, with investigators believing the fatal wounds resulted from falling through a door and being struck by broken glass.

His final Instagram post offered a glimpse into his holiday on the Spanish island, featuring intimate moments with loved ones including painting, driving through mountainous terrain, and various fashion shots.

His daughter River also featured in the images, photographed smiling on a pier with waves breaking behind her.

In the caption accompanying these final photographs, Hall reflected on life’s challenges while focusing on positivity.

“Life is b**s sometimes but I’m gonna try remember the good things,” he wrote, adding: “Looking through things I’m just making art, in many forms.”
