    Kristen West has been named a nominee for the 2026 Prince William Living Influential Women Awards, recognized for her ability to balance executive leadership with meaningful civic engagement and a deep commitment to community service.

    As Executive Vice President and Director of Operations at JTC, Kristen brings more than two decades of experience to her role, where she is widely respected for her strategic leadership, operational excellence, and collaborative approach. Her nominator shared that, “As Executive Vice President, Kristen has exemplified exceptional professional excellence, strategic leadership, and an unwavering commitment to organizational success.” On March 1, 2026, Kristen will celebrate her 21st anniversary with JTC, a milestone that reflects her long-term dedication and steady leadership.

    Beyond her professional accomplishments, Kristen’s influence is strongly felt through her community involvement. She currently serves as Interim Executive Director of Volunteer Prince William, a role she stepped into in November after serving on the organization’s Board of Directors. In this position, she provides leadership and continuity for the county’s central volunteer coordination organization, helping strengthen connections between nonprofits, volunteers, and businesses that support local families and critical services throughout Prince William County.

    Kristen has also played a leadership role in community traditions that bring people together. She previously served on the Greater Manassas Christmas Parade committee and board, contributing to one of the region’s most cherished events and supporting programs that ensure families experience care, generosity, and connection during the holiday season.

    Her nominator described her as “a leader whose vision, integrity, and dedication inspire those around her,” noting her ability to empower colleagues while remaining deeply committed to service. Whether guiding teams in a corporate environment or supporting volunteer-driven initiatives, Kristen consistently demonstrates leadership rooted in integrity, mentorship, and responsibility to the community.
